• Passions: Almonds coated first with a thin layer of caramelized sugar and then shiny dark chocolate.
• Givrettes: Whole almonds rolled in nougatine, milk chocolate, and a light dusting of sugar.
• Praslines: The original pralines ~ grilled almonds smothered with a thick layer of crunchy, dark, caramelized sugar.
