We love these. Tiny slivers of cinnamon bark have been coated in a sugar that takes the shape of coral. The cinnamon flavor from the whole cinnamon is so full bodied and clear that a small amount satisfies. An excellent palate cleanser. These visually striking white candies make a beautiful decoration for a Mexican chocolate cake or garnish for other desserts.
